Cemetery Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide for an assessment of its municipal cemetery operations.
- Financial Analysis
•    Review and analyze three fiscal years of financial statements, operational budgets, revenue data, and expense reports.
- Operational Review
•    Assess current operational procedures, staffing models, maintenance practices, and administrative policies.
•    Conduct site visits and interviews with staff, management, and stakeholders.
•    Benchmark against industry best practices.
•    Recommend process improvements, staffing adjustments, and technology integrations to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Risk Management and Liabilities
•    Identify potential liabilities, including outstanding debts, contractual obligations, and legal risks.
- Designed to ensure an evaluation of the City's cemetery operations, leading to informed decisions and strategic improvements.
