License Agreement Audit Services

The Vendor is required to provide for license agreement auditing services for use by the office.
- Document Review    
•    Examine all license agreements provided by state to verify the inclusion of required act provisions.
•    Review royalty reports submitted by state to confirm that licensee has advised name of manufacturer and state of manufacturer. To complete contractual and federal compliance obligations.
- Country Manufacturing Assessment
•    Evaluate whether products resulting from licensed federally funded technologies are being manufactured substantially in the country, in accordance with country.
•    Identify potential gaps, exceptions, or risk areas in meeting country manufacturing requirements.
- Findings and Recommendations
•    Provide a detailed report summarizing compliance status, deficiencies, and risks.
•    Offer recommendations to strengthen compliance, improve reporting accuracy, and address country manufacturing obligations.
