Financial Advisor Services

The vendor is required to provide that has credentials and qualifications covering a wide area of activities in the provision of financial advisor services.
- The township administrator functions as the liaison officer between the township council, municipal personnel and citizens of the township.
- The township administrator is also responsible for implementation of administrative and legislative actions of the mayor and township council.
- To the extent needed, as determined and requested by the township’s chief financial officer, the firm shall provide financial advice for the issuance of bonds and of notes, in anticipation of future bond issuance.
- Certification of funds for said services will be made by the chief financial officer from the proceeds of improvement authorizations as assigned by the chief financial officer.
