Auditing Services

The Vendor is required to provide auditing services for the three (3) fiscal years from December 31, 2025 through December 31, 2027, with a village option for a fourth and fifth year ending December 31, 2028 and 2029.
- Sales taxes, telecommunications taxes, and utility taxes are the primary revenue sources for general governmental operations.
- Responsible for performing certain limited procedures involving providing required supplementary information required by GASB as mandated by generally accepted auditing standards.
- Provide all records necessary to perform such audit and will prepare workpapers.
- Report preparation, editing, printing, and supplies including covers, dividers, and spines shall be the responsibility of the Proposer.
