The Vendor is required to provide audits and provide quality management system (QMS) training and consulting services to sustain the current or latest version.
- Work includes services that support agency adherence to policies, procedures, other processes and the management of risks, non-conformities, and improvements. It also involves integrating the quality management system as part of the company's work culture.
- Training Structures such as:
• On-demand Leadership Course- Topics of focus: QMS-related case studies, leadership best practices, and integrating continuous improvement into team culture.
• Live Workshops - Interactive with opportunities for group discussions, role-playing, and problem-solving activities.
• Peer Coaching or Mentorship- Pair managers with mentors (either senior leadership or peers) for ongoing guidance and discussion of leadership challenges.
- Quality Management System, this includes demonstrating transparency within the process, examining the resources (equipment, materials, people) applied to transform the inputs into outputs, the environment, the methods (procedures, instructions) followed, the measures collected to determine process performance and verify the adequacy and effectiveness of the process controls established by procedures, work instructions, and flowcharts, as well as training and process specifications.
- Provide up to 35 hours annually of on-demand quality consulting services, in accordance with a pre-established fee schedule.
