- Utility bill audit and rate optimization analysis across municipal electric, natural gas, steam and chilled water accounts. 
- Rate Structure Evaluation Analyze current rate schedules and compare them with alternative tariffs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Tariff Optimization Recommendations -Recommend optimal tariff structures based on historical usage patterns and facility profiles.
- Regulatory Support - Assist in filing and negotiating rate changes with utility providers.
- Savings Verification - Provide post-implementation measurement and verification of savings using industry-standard protocols.
- Rate Schedule Validation - Verify correct application of rate schedules and tariffs; propose alternatives where misapplications are found.
- Credit and Exemption Recovery - Identify and file for unclaimed credits, refunds, and applicable exemptions for electric, natural gas, steam and chilled water accounts.
- Natural Gas Transport Analysis: Assess natural gas accounts for wholesale transport options and provide actionable recommendations.
- Steam and Chilled Water Analysis: Review steam and chilled water accounts for cost savings opportunities.
