The Vendor is required to provide title and escrow service companies to provide real property title services, including but not limited to title reports, title commitments, title insurance policies, escrow, closing and related services for real property transactions, including but not limited to deed conveyances, easements, and other transfers of real property interests.
- Activities shall include but not be limited to acquisition and disposition of fee simple easement, and escheated interests in parcels of real property (“Real Property”), foreclosures of special assessment, Code Enforcement Board, and other liens, quiet title actions and property rehabilitations, and loan activities and mortgages.
- Provide real property title insurance reports, commitments, policies, corrective instruments, closing documents, and perform transaction closings.
- Have the ability to provide invoicing to individual departments.
- Provide and monitor escrow accounts for construction draws.
