- The engagement objective is to provide an independent assessment of and reasonable assurance about whether the authority's reported financial condition, results and use of resources are presented fairly in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the country, as issued by the governmental accounting standards board, and other recognized criteria, and to issue a report on internal control over financial reporting and compliance.
- An exit conference with the executive director and finance director shall be conducted by the auditor in charge.
- A report to the authority's board of commissioners during a regularly scheduled meeting of the board of commissioners shall be conducted.
