The Vendor is required to provide for an external review of facility and financial planning for the department of residential life, housing and food services (RLHFS).
- The intent of this project is to gain informed and professional feedback and guidance from someone outside the university to help refine the effectiveness of department staff efforts in balancing building infrastructure integrity, meeting student needs and fiscally responsibility both in the short- and long-term; and to provide recommendations that will guide/direct practice.
- Data collection will consist of, at a minimum, the following:
• An analysis for existing conditions
• An off-campus housing market analysis
• A detailed financial analysis
• Quantitative and/or qualitative data collection from departmental full-time and graduate staff and perspectives from on- and off-campus/community partners
• “Artifacts” (I.e., policies, procedures, budgets, capital planning, etc.)
