Independent Auditor Services

The vendor required to provide independent audits of the following reports and issue an opinion for each for the calendar years ending December 31, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030.
- To facilitate scheduling of resources, requests by the selected offeror for client-prepared data necessary for the audit must be submitted by December 31 for preliminary fieldwork and January 31 for final fieldwork for each year of this engagement.  
- Provide the selected offeror with such data and statistical information as may be determined to be necessary for the performance of the work described herein and which is available in the records and files of agency.
- Treat all information as confidential and will be required to comply with agency and the commonwealth's data privacy and cyber security policies.
- Third-party tool to maintain data or share documents, the selected offeror must ensure contractual terms and conditions comply with commonwealth requirements, such as sovereign immunity.
- Audit report delivery dates for each audit will be established with management and communicated during the preliminary phase of each respective audit.
- Weekly status reports are to be provided to management and the internal audit office, addressing activities, problems or any needed revisions to the work plan for fieldwork while the audits are in progress.
