Financial Institution Data Match Services

The Vendor is required to provide financial institution data match (“FIDM”) services.
- Provide all services, deliverables and staff and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to implementing a FIDM program to conduct data exchange and matching between the Comptroller and Financial Institutions in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and industry best practices (“Services”).
- Identification of phases, if applicable, and related deliverables necessary to implement Comptroller’s FIDM program (i.e., identify implementation project phases and related deliverables from concept through implementation and go live in the production environment);
- Identification of timeline and milestones, including those related to development and testing of file formats and file exchange activities prior to a “go live” date, applicable to the implementation project;
- Compliance and non-compliance with data exchange, data matching, reporting, and data destruction schedules; and
- Provide information about Comptroller’s FIDM program and compliance requirements and protocols.
