Financial Auditing Services

The Vendor is required to provide for financial auditing services.
- Finance has eleven employees who perform the following functions:
•    Assistant Finance Director: one full-time
•    Financial Services Manager: one full-time
•    Accounting: two full-time
•    Procurement: one full-time
•    Payroll: one full-time
•    Accounts Payable: one full-time
•    Utility Billing: one full-time
•    Customer Service: two full-time
- Provide Consultant reasonable work space, photocopying facilities, and telephone and internet access to perform the Services.
- Consultant will express an opinion on the fair presentation of the combined and individual non-major fund financial statements and supporting schedules in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles in the country.
- Consultant shall make a determination as to whether its financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the respective financial position of:
•    The governmental activities.
•    The business-type activities.
•    Each major fund.
•    The discretely presented component units.
•    The City's aggregate remaining fund information which collectively comprise the City's basic financial statements ("in relation to").
