Financial Project Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive financial project support services on an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) or “as-needed” basis.
- Our membership reflects the diverse constituencies of the regional community: business, economic development, education, labor, community organizations and government.
- Capabilities that include, but are not limited to:
•    Budgeting & Forecasting: Creating, monitoring, and revising project budgets, and forecasting expenditures to ensure financial targets are met;
•    Grant/Fund Accounting: Tracking and reporting on specific funding sources or grants;
•    Documentation: Preparing and maintaining project documentation;
•    Scheduling and Resource Planning: Assisting with project timelines and resource allocation to align with budget.
