Third Party Audits Services

The Vendor is required to provide third-party compliance audits of the performance and services.
- These audits are intended to ensure the agent meets the requirements and standards of care established by the medical agreement and are consistent with standards of care as established by the association, state and federal law, rules, and regulations.
- Shall make staff available for response to auditors which will provide for greater security of medical record documentation and provide for active observation of systems in use.
- Shall access electronic and paper files, or other media accessed via the agency, sub-contractor, or external provider’s electronic data systems, which shall not be printed, copied, transmitted, transferred, or removed from the point of origin in agency facilities by any person at any time, without the specific permission of the medical services administrator or the deputy director of health and programs.
- Shall always maintain under the highest confidentiality, the identity and personal data of employees, incarcerated persons, contractors, sub-contractors, guests, and visitors, observed or otherwise available to auditors and their staff.
- The Project Manager shall maintain supervision of all project activities and personnel involved with the project on a daily basis.
- Performance Standards shall not be amended unless they are agreed to in writing and signed by the parties.
- Suggested or recommended solutions to improve delivery of health care services, and processes to monitor the quality of health care delivery.
