Certificate of Recognition Audit 2026 – 2028 Services

The Vendor is required to provide three (3) certificate of recognition (COR) audits to be conducted over a three (3) year period encompassing a total of 11 forest areas.
- The audit cycle is as follows:
•    2026 maintenance audit;
•    2027 maintenance audit; and
•    2028 certification audit.
- Each audit will include:
•    Three (3) to four (4) forest areas in state (specific areas to be determined);
•    14 to 18 days of field data collection including, documentation review, interviews, and site observations. 
•    Field data collection to occur during the first three (3) weeks of July in each year
•    Minimum of 90 interviews; 
•    Work types to include: wildfire response, operations, and support services related to wildfire management and procedures; and 
•    Forestry division will provide all travel outside, including highway travel and air-travel (helicopter, fixed wing travel).
