Finance Management Improvement Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide to establish a program for management improvement consultant services for school districts that demonstrate such a critical lack of efficiency or effectiveness in governance or administration that state mandated corrective action or state control of the district is required.
- Offeror will be experienced with financial and recordkeeping applications used by school districts, including MUNIS and Infinite Campus.
- They will be knowledgeable of the chart of accounts and budgeting requirements for districts. Knowledge of district funding sources, including SEEK, local tax revenues, federal and state grants will be necessary. 
- Offeror will know procurement rules, Redbook requirements, and financial preparation and reporting methods. 
- Understanding district audit processes and preparations will also be required. 
- Offeror will be expected to travel to districts to provide assistance or review financial reports as needed. 
- Offeror may also be called upon to assist with audits, conduct training sessions, and serve as a resource to department staff.
