The Vendor is required to provide cost consultant shall provide the below cost estimates which will be used to report changes and variations in the anticipated cost, allowing for timely decisions on additions or deletions to the design while maintaining the initial program budget.
- Each cost estimate report must include a summary and elemental breakdown in accordance with standard uniformat categories, including:
• All disciplines and systems to be incorporated into the proposed construction;
• An elemental cost summary and trade summary by building and component; clearly identified asumptions, assumptions, exclusions, clarifications, contingencies, escalations, and markups;
• Backup sheets showing quantities, unit rates, and amounts for each item of work; and
• Work with the township, project manager and prime consultant on cost saving alternatives.
