Professional Audit Services

The Vendor is required to provide for professional audit services.
- Foundation Assets: Tracking the deployment of at least $6,980,147 in unrestricted donor assets within the first five years to promote healthcare access
- Programs and Services: Ensuring "Major Service Lines" (e.g., Behavioral Health, Trauma, Pediatrics, etc.) continue to be provided.
- Charity Care: Verifying agency maintains its tax-exempt status and provides charity care at levels consistent with state safety net providers and historical benchmarks.
- Medicare/Medicaid: Ensuring continued participation and service levels consistent with the past five years.
