Auditing Services

The Vendor is required to provide accounting firms to be considered for listing as official auditors for the agency.
- Conduct independent audits of production expenditure reports submitted by applicants for the rebate within three (3) budget tiers. The below tiered audit thresholds reflect internationally recognized film budget classifications and union based production scales.
•    Small Budget KYD $250,000.00 – KYD $749,999.00
•    Medium Budget KYD $750,000.00 – KYD $1,499,999.00
•    Large Budget KYD $1,500,000.00 – KYD $3,000,000.00+
- Verify local spending thresholds, employment requirements (proof of residency) and other compliance metrics as defined in the rebate guidelines.
- Provide timely and professional reporting to both the applicant and the agency
- Collaborate with agency staff to uphold the financial integrity of the programmer
