Standards, Assessment, and Accountability Technical Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide standards, assessment, and accountability consultation and technical support.
- Local assessment systems are essential components of many important policies and regulations including school and district accountability. It is critical that these assessment systems are valid, reliable and used in an appropriate and technically sound manner within these policies and regulations.
- Must have expertise in psychometrics, assessment design and development, and the ability to analyze complex data sets to understand trends and individual level student achievement and growth.
- The budget should reflect up to 15 days of consultation and data analysis per year.
- The budget should reflect up to 12 days of consultation and data analysis per year. In the first year, the focus will be on supporting agency in the development of an accountability system for alternative schools.
