Analytical Balance Calibration Services

The Vendor is required to provide perform ISO 17025 accredited analytical balance calibration services for approximately twenty-six (26) balances, approximately thirteen (13) of which include measurement uncertainty requirements.
- Ensure all calibrations are complete in accordance with ISO 17025 requirements and provide a certificate of calibration for each balance.
- Process objectives:
•    Contractor shall have ISO 17025 accreditation in the field of calibration in addition to technicians with the knowledge and experience to calibrate balances. 
•    Provide an ISO 17025 certificate of calibration for each of the 26 balances, including any applicable measurement uncertainty requirements. 
•    Contractor shall submit documentation that calibrations are traceable through national institute standards and technology (NIST) standards and include certificate and NIST test traceable numbers. 
•    Provide the county with any certification of contractor employee’s qualifications to perform the work order upon request by the county's designated staff.
