Financial and Business Advisory Services

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive expert financial and business analytical advisory services in support of the authority planned fixed-guideway light rail line connecting Brooklyn and queens, the inter borough express project (“IBX”).
- The support of the consultant, intends to identify and apply industry best practices to IBX to ensure that public funds are used effectively, project risks are minimized, and every dollar invested delivers maximum value. 
- This effort will also aim to enhance service quality and reliability for riders, ensuring the project achieves both fiscal responsibility and operational excellence.
