Internal Audit Services

The Vendor is required to provide internal audit services must be certified public accounting (CPA) firms or professional services firms who perform assurance engagements in compliance with the global internal audit standards and the generally accepted governmental auditing standards (GAGAS). 
- Requirement:
•    Ensure the job order contracting program was designed and implemented in compliance with state government code, chapters 2253, 2258, 2269; and all state purchasing and contracting laws and regulations;
•    Ensure the job order contracting (JOC) program has written standard operating procedures (sops) in compliance with 5.1.1. above and is operating in compliance with its sops, and;
•    Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the JOC program in completing minor repair jobs on time and on budget. 
•    This shall include analysis comparing the cost and timing of minor repair projects prior to and after commencement of the JOC program.
