Financial Auditing Services

The Vendor is required to provide for Financial Auditing Services.
- The audit and examination shall be made in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) including Applicable Pronouncements of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board, and shall include such tests of the accounting records and such other auditing procedures as shall enable the auditors to express an opinion as to the accounts and financial statements.
- Access to Financial and Accounting Records Pertaining to Performance of the Agreement: Contractor agrees that agency or its delegates shall have the right to review, obtain, and copy all financial and accounting records pertaining to fees and expenses charged for performance of the Agreement.
- Also report on whether the projection of operations prepared by or on behalf of the Program, as required by several veteran’s bond acts, presented as supplementary information, is fairly stated, in all material respects, in relation to the financial statements taken as a whole.
