Financial and Market Conduct Examination Services

The Vendor is required to provide to obtain initial or reissued certificates of authority or market conduct examinations to maintain their authority to operate as an insurance entity in the State
- All examinations must be conducted and completed in compliance with all relevant State
- Exam staffing resources (examiners and specialists) that have appropriate professional certifications and credentials;
- An organizational structure that ensures exam staffing resources are available and appropriate to fulfill the requirements for examination professional services.
