The Vendor is required to provide firms of certified public accountants to audit its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (“financial statements”) for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, with the option of auditing its “financial statements” for the four subsequent fiscal years.
- The auditor's proposed staffing plan submitted with the proposal shall demonstrate how this on-site requirement will be met.
- A report on the internal control structure based on the auditor’s understanding of the control structure and assessment of control risk.
- A report on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- A report on the schedule of federal financial awards.
- The schedule of Federal Financial Awards and related Independent Auditor’s report, and the reports on the internal controls and compliance, are to be issued as part of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. In addition, the “Data Collection” form will be prepared and submitted by the Independent Auditor.
