K-12 Local Agency and Bond Auditing Services

The Vendor is required to provide k 12 local educational agency auditing services and/or school bond auditing services.
- Auditing Services may include, but are not limited to, annual and periodic financial, compliance, and performance audits associated with District operations and voter approved bond measures.
- Bond audit services shall include coordination with the Citizens’ Oversight Committee and presentation of findings.
- The District’s independent auditor and perform a comprehensive annual financial and compliance audit in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and reporting requirements for public school districts in state.
- For each fiscal year audited, the auditor shall provide:
•    Independent Auditor’s Report on the Financial Statements
•    Report on Internal Control Over Financial Reporting and Compliance
•    Single Audit reports, if applicable
•    Management Letter identifying internal control observations and recommendations
•    Status of prior-year audit findings
•    Electronic and hard-copy versions of all final reports.
