The Vendor is required to provide to conduct independent compliance monitoring and quality assurance of Registered Apprenticeship programs
- Ensuring compliance and program quality is essential to growing apprenticeship opportunities, improving sponsor performance, and maintaining accurate and timely reporting in agency.
- Strategic priorities include strengthening sponsor engagement, fostering continuous improvement in apprenticeship training, and supporting the long-term success of apprentices.
- Follow up on all findings and deficiencies with documented action plans and clear timelines. Ensure all corrective actions are tracked and communicated to the Commerce Registered Apprenticeship office in a regular, and timely manner.
- Quality Assurance Assessments (APR)
• Verifying apprentices are receiving structured, progressive on-the-job training (OJT) in all phases of the apprentice able occupation.
• Ensuring wage progression aligns with registered standards.
• Confirming related technical instruction (RTI) is provided using appropriate, approved delivery methods.
• Verifying that Commerce is receiving timely and accurate apprentice registration, cancellation, and completion notifications.
