Financial and Operational Improvement Services

The Vendor is required to provide financial education and implement financial and operational improvement projects to address billing & coding, and market share/outmigration analysis.
- Help at least six (6) selected CAHs identify market opportunities for new patient services and opportunities to improve existing service line through market share and outmigration assessments.
- Assessment activities may include reviewing and analyzing data from the Critical Access Hospital Measurement and Performance Assessment System (CAHMPAS) and other sources, and collecting input from state stakeholders through surveys, meetings, committees, or other approaches.
- It is illegal to have in one’s possession any illegal drug or alcoholic beverage while on state property.
- Employees should refrain from using foul, abusive, or profane language on state property.
