The Vendor is required to provide financial advisory services to the department.
- Services in support
• Assist the department as necessary on any litigation related to the EPF program and power supply bonds.
• This includes assisting department staff in preparing exhibits and testimony for litigation and settlement activities against gas and electric counterparties.
• Provide other financial advisory services as requested by the department in support of the wind-down of the fund program.
- Analysis and advisory services
• Advice on escrow or defeasance bond series to ensure compliance with federal tax law, as requested.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of briefing materials, as requested.
• Attend management and planning meetings, as requested.
• Assist in the development of materials to be used in legislative briefings and participate in such briefings, if requested.
• Provide financial advisory services in support of other department programs
- Monitoring services for bonds and wind-down of the fund program
• Assist the department with the management, coordination and monitoring of all aspects of the bond portfolio and wind-down of the fund program, including any regulatory or reporting requirements.
