Fee Accountant Services

The Vendor is required to provide fee accounting services from certified public accountants or independent public accountants for a three-year contract period, beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2029, with (2) one-year extension options.
- Requirement:
• Reviewing the books of accounts and records on a monthly and annual basis in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and the procedures outlined by the authority;
• Posting books of original entry to general ledger;
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements as shall be required by federal, state, and local laws and the procedures outlined by the authority;
• Preparing REAC unaudited submissions for fy2026, fy2027 and fy2028;
• Assisting with the management discussion and analysis in advance of the fy2026, fy2027 and fy2028 audits;
• Being available and serving as a consultant on accounting and fiscal matters; and
• Performing all services required by the department.
