Building Energy Audit Services

The Vendor is required to provide to secure a firm that can perform energy audits on various government buildings and as required for the community.
- The Consultant’s Basic Services and include expenses incurred by the Consultant and Sub consultants directly related to the Project, as follows:
• Transportation and authorized out-of-town travel and subsistence, if authorized in advance by the community;
• Fees paid for securing approval of authorities having jurisdiction over the project;
• Printing, reproduction, plots, standard form documents;
• Postage, handling, and delivery;
• Expense of overtime work requiring higher than regular rates, if authorized in advance by the community;
• Renderings, models, mock-ups, professional photography, and presentation materials requested by the community;
• All taxes levied on professional services and on reimbursable expenses;
• Site office expenses; and
• Other similar project-related expenditures.
