• Develop Authority-wide and AMP-level (Asset Management Project) financial projections.
• Conduct portfolio-level financial health assessments.
• Perform scenario modeling (e.g., subsidy proration, RAD conversion, repositioning strategies).
• Evaluate Central Office Cost Center (COCC) performance and cost allocation methodologies.
- Conduct a comprehensive internal controls assessment
- Recommend improvements to:
• Segregation of duties
• Procurement and contract oversight
• Financial reporting workflows
• Evaluate existing financial software and recommend system enhancements (e.g., Yardi, Emphasys, or equivalent).
