The Vendor is required to provide independent auditor or audit firm to conduct a comprehensive review of agency current lease agreements for the operations and maintenance of its service plazas.
- This audit is to:
• Evaluate the financial performance and compliance of existing lease agreements
• Identify any outstanding revenues or financial obligations including penalties owed to agency
- Perform a full and complete audit that includes, but may not be limited to, the following components:
• Contractual Compliance Review
• Financial Audit and Revenue Analysis
• Operational and Performance Review
• Benchmarking and Best Practices
• Risk Assessment
• Recommendations for Future Procurements
- Engagement specific skills, expertise required for this engagement.
• Experience conducting governmental financial and compliance audits
• Knowledge of state procurement, leasing, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with environmental and facility condition assessments
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication capabilities
