The Vendor is required to provide public accounting firms to audit financial statements for the board’s administrative fund (fund) for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2025, June 30, 2026, and June 30, 2027.
- The annual audited financial report shall be prepared by an independent certified public accountant, and shall include, but not be limited to, direct and indirect costs attributable to the use of outside consultants, independent contractors, and any other persons who are not state employees.
- Contractor will confirm expenses for the Fund, including but not limited to, direct and indirect costs attributable to the use of outside consultants, independent contractors, and any other persons who are not state employees.
- Report shall include a statement of the scope of the audit and examination for the Fund; the period covered by the audit and examination; and a list of the financial statements included in the report.
- Report shall include a statement of material audit findings and recommendations regarding the financial statements, internal control and accounting systems, and legality of actions for the Fund.
- Availability of resources to adequately perform on contract requirements (staff, etc.).
- Possesses the technical and functional skills, and knowledge to direct all aspects of the contract.
