Business Advisory and Forensic Accounting Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide business advisory and forensic accounting consulting services on an as-needed basis for the 2026-2029 period.
- Consultants will be completing work related to the following service streams:
• Business advisory: providing strategic guidance, financial planning, and operational improvements.
• Forensic accounting: investigating financial discrepancies, fraud, and legal disputes.
• Proponents must demonstrate the capability to provide services in both streams. Prequalification will only be granted to firms that meet all requirements and can deliver the full scope of business advisory and forensic accounting services.
