Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide for consulting services associated with the submission of a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) application as required for the agency.
- The Community operates as a full-service government and oversees its own departments, programs, projects, and facilities.
- Development of an affordable LIHTC housing project concept
- All necessary work to close the transaction with the selected LIHTC equity investor.
