Accountability Court Treatment Services

The Vendor is required to provide its accountability court seeks proposals from firm, individual, or a consortium of firms or individuals to provide evaluations, substance abuse treatment, and mental health treatment (“services”) for the county’s accountability court program (“Project”).
- This Court is intended to hold participants accountable while assisting them in achieving long term stability, becoming successful family/community members, and remain law abiding citizens.
- The Mental Health Accountability Court represents an effort to increase effective cooperation between the mental health system and the criminal justice system.
- The Mental Health Accountability Court is a program for those individuals with a documented mental health diagnosis and seeks to improve mental health, promote self- sufficiency, reduce recidivism, and offer cost effective alternatives to incarceration and hospitalization.
- The treatment program is to integrate substance abuse treatment with the justice system for the promotion of public safety, individual responsibility, citizenship, and reduction of recidivism.
- All Program components are pre-plea, pre-adjudication programs and in some cases post adjudication.
