Professional Auditing Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional auditing services for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, with the option to renew the agreement for fiscal years 2027, 2028, 2029 at the town’s discretion.
- The auditor’s examination shall cover the basic financial statements and all of the supplementary information and supporting schedules required by GAAP to be included in an annual comprehensive financial report.
- Other supplementary information to be included:
• Management’s discussion and analysis
• Statement of revenues, expenditures, and changes in fund balance----budget and actual.
