The Vendor is required to provide for audit services for pharmacy benefits management (PBM) agreement for the fund.
- Services under this procurement will include conducting financial and performance audits of agency Pharmacy Benefits Manager in accordance with the terms of its contract; obtaining and analyzing information required for an audit; and presenting audit findings to agency.
- Audit services for PBM shall consist of conducting financial and performance audits of the PBM’s delivery of services in accordance with the governing contract.
- Such services may include but not necessarily be limited to assessment of the PBM’s eligibility, financial and claim processing systems to verify accuracy of data on the reports provided to agency in accordance with the governing contract.
- Audits are expected to be conducted remotely.
- Experience in number of years for the following:
• Independent audit services;
• Accounting services;
• Auditing services for PBM;
- Auditors assigned should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 24 credits in accounting or auditing earned at a regionally accredited college or university.
