Professional Audit Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional audit services for include:
• An audit of the city’s basic financial statements in accordance with government auditing standards.
• Opinions and reports as required under government auditing standards.
• Perform state compliance testing as required by the state auditor’s office, and issue the necessary opinions and reports.
• If necessary, perform procedures and issue reports in compliance with uniform guidance 2 CFR 200 (single audit)
• Include the city’s written responses to any findings in the state compliance letter.
• The audit report and any other related reports must be issued by November 20th each year.
