Electronic Benefit Transfer Processing and Financial Services

The Vendor is required to provide electronic benefit transfer (EBT) processing and financial services for programs that include, but are not limited to, the supplemental nutrition assistance program (snap), disaster supplemental nutrition assistance program (DSNAP), and summer electronic benefit transfer program (SEBT).
