Financial Counseling Services

The Vendor is required to provide financial counseling services associated with the financial empowerment center.
- Requirement:
• Implement the financial empowerment center (“FEC”) initiative in accordance with the model requirements provided by the cities for financial empowerment fund.
• These services must be performed by, and the financial counseling provider role filled by, a nonprofit organization or a local government agency.
