The Vendor is required to provide accounting and financial statement preparation services for include:
• Reviewing all documentation pertaining to the preparation of financial statements of the corporation for periods ending 12/31/26, 12/31/27 and 12/31/28 in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted (“us GAAP”) and with auditing standards generally accepted in the country and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in government auditing standards issued by the comptroller general of the country.
• Preparation of the financial statements of the corporation, including the statement of net position and the governmental funds balance sheet and the related statements of activities and statement of revenues, expenditures, and changes in fund balances for periods ending 12/31/26, 12/31/27 and 12/31/28, and the related management’s discussion and analysis and notes to the financial statements.
• Assisting with the preparation and filing with the public authorities reporting information system (“PARIS”) of each of the corporation’s budgets.
• Assisting in the preparation and filing of the financial statements and related materials with PARIS, including each annual report.
