Construction Manager-At-Risk Projects Service

The vendor is required to provide that construction manager-at-risk projects service to install complete in place, new, clean, operational, and ready for use.
-Indicated and shown shall mean provide as detailed, or called for, and reasonably implied in the contract documents.
-Inspects materials, installation, fabrication, erection or placement of components and connections requiring special expertise to ensure compliance with the approved construction documents and referenced standards.
-The intent of the drawings and specifications is to establish the scope of all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and any and all other things necessary.
-The notice to proceed, a schedule for anticipated submission of all shop drawings, product data, samples, and similar prepared by the cm and provided to the designer.
-The entire site and the building or construction of the same and provide all the necessary protections, as required by the owner or designer, and by laws or ordinances governing such conditions.
-The owner's property or of that of others on the job, by them, their personnel, or their subcontractors, and shall make good such damages.
-Also include accident prevention on the project, and to provide other safety and health measures on the project site as required by the terms and conditions of the contract.
-The performance of work or failure of performance of work, provided that any such claim, damage, civil penalty, loss or expense is attributable to a violation of the sedimentation pollution control act.
-Construed to negate, abridge or otherwise reduced any other right or obligation of indemnity which would otherwise exist as to any party or persons described in this article.
