enhancing workflow through automation and intelligent technologies.
- Currently, our legal and legislative operations rely on common office tools
- Microsoft 365, Microsoft teams, Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint), and records management system m-files.

Council meeting agendas and related documentation are managed through
iCompass’ agenda and meeting management software and records management
system m-files.
- AI model trained in state legal frameworks, and verified by state legal professionals.
- Intake of legal requests from internal departments, assignment of priority, and tracking of progress.
- Preparing legal correspondence, internal memos, agreements, bylaws, policies, and briefing reports

Researching, co-editing, reviewing, and maintaining municipal bylaws
and internal policies to ensure legal alignment with legislative
requirements.
- This includes facilitating cross-departmental input, legal review, and council approval workflows.

Maintaining a centralized library of standardized legal clauses and
templates to facilitate consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in
drafting and reviewing agreements.
- Clauses and templates can be modified by users based on business needs.
- Coordinating documentation and communications for insurance claims, legal disputes, and incident reports.
- Creating materials for council or leadership meetings, including legal briefing notes and presentation decks.
- Reviewing internal policies for legal compliance and tracking regulatory changes.

Facilitating real-time commenting and editing of documents with
internal and external legal stakeholders to streamline reviews and
approvals.
- Tracking performance metrics (e.g., turnaround times,
workload volumes) and forecasting resource needs to ensure timely and
efficient delivery of legal services.
- The solution provider shall
maintain a valid cybersecurity insurance policy that includes specific
provisions for client data breaches and incident support.
