- The chatbot include:
•    Natural language understanding (NLU): interpreting user input accurately, detecting intent, and extracting relevant entities. 
•    Contextual interaction: maintaining context across multiple conversational turns to provide coherent and personalized responses. 
•    Multichannel integration: seamless deployment across web applications, mobile apps, and social media platforms. 
•    Continuous learning: capability to improve performance and accuracy through machine learning and feedback loops. 
•    Customizable responses: ability to adapt conversational styles and response structures based on user preferences and specific use cases. 
•    Analytics and insights: capturing conversation metrics to analyze performance, user satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
