Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence Solutions

The vendor is required to provide artificial intelligence (AI) and business intelligence solutions to machine learning solutions, and assist with the development of other transformative solutions in support of city projects as they arise during the term.
- Typical project tasks include, but are not limited to:
•    Business and functional use awareness, to understand the of service requirements. 
•    Collaboration, including identifying options or recommended solutions to maximize impact and enhance innovation. 
•    Feasibility analysis – including exploration, development, testing and validation 
•    Projects can be expected to require meta-searches, leverage large language models, anomaly detection, prediction, automation, analytics and generative AI. 
•    Develop and present proof of concept 
•    Independent design and implementation of production ready solutions, including infrastructure model integration, custom interfaces and workflow automation. 
•    Process workflow mapping documented for each solution
•    Now ledge transfer for ongoing operation, including mentoring internal staff to build sustainable AI capabilities and programs. 
•    Proper documentation of application design and architecture, technical workflows, diagrams, infrastructure and software and packages baseline requirements.
