AI Transcript Document Review Tool

The Vendor is required to provide a platform that will be able to streamline the transcript review process for University.
- The software is to provide essential data for decision making in the transfer credit evaluation process by assisting with transcript reviews.
- Provide an implementation plan that will support an anticipated go live date of January 2027 and provide training so the team is sufficiently knowledgeable to support, configure, and troubleshoot the system.
- The platform should include accessibility features such as customizable text size and color contrast, keyboard accessibility, voice and command controls, consistent navigation, screen reader capability.
•    Closed captioning (recorded) – user-controllable and conveys the full message of the content and accuracy of the captions (including offscreen content, noises, and sound effects).
•    Closed captioning (live) – compatibility with third-party assistive listening devices and visual alert systems, including without limitation, real-time text (RTT) software, video relay services (VRS), video remote interpreting (VRI), sign language interpretation capability, and other captioning and subtitling services. 
•    Screen reader hardware – user-controllable and compatibility with standard devices, including without limitation the HumanWare, Selvas blv, and orbit research product lines.
•    Screen reader software – user-controllable and compatibility with all standard technologies, including without limitation NVDA (non- visual desktop access), freedom scientific jaws (job access with speech), apple voiceover, Microsoft narrator, google android talkback, and google Chromebook ChromeVox.
•    Additional accessibility design features/issues
o    PDFs must be tagged
o    All images must have alt-text
o    Content must have accessible headings / effective organization
o    Font options should be available (size, contrast and choice)
o    Information should not be conveyed by color alone
o    Forms should be accurately labeled
o    Error messages should be identified and described to the user in text
o    Users must be able to navigate the solution with keyboard alone
o    Elimination of pop-ups
o    Elimination of video autoplay
o    CAPTCHAs should be accessible or eliminated
- The support features of this platform should provide multilingual interaction capability.
