AI Enhanced Continuous Count Sites Services

The Vendor is required to provide artificial intelligence-enhanced roadside units for its continuous count sites (“Units”).
- Provide an Artificial Intelligence-driven traffic monitoring system to provide constant monitoring of traffic at its continuous count sites.
- Solutions should include all necessary components to be considered complete.
- Digital Camera
o    Capable of monitoring up to 4 lanes plus inside and outside shoulders in a single direction (up to 100 feet in distance preferred)
o    Video compression formats and minimum resolution should be sufficient to meet the recorded data requirements.
- Edge processing of video/image feed
o    Web portal (or another tool) for viewing video feed from data on device
o    Bounding box/indicator to portray an identified vehicle
- Edge data creation and storage
o    Edge-based storage for video
o    Edge-based storage for tabular data files
o    Edge-based storage for per-vehicle-record (PVR)
- Transmission protocol
o    Tabular data files:
o    Files available for download within 6 or fewer hours of recording by either:
•    Automated download of the prior day’s data file
•    Manual download of that day’s data file
o    Video/Image – locally stored files that can be remotely downloaded
- Operating temperature range of -40 to 130F
- Operating relative humidity of 5 to 95%.
